Based on the different nature of the advertiser's subject, the advertiser is required to provide the following qualification documents for review:
(1) Scanned copy of the original business license of the business unit
The information of the business unit should be available for query in the National Enterprise Credit Information Disclosure System ( / ).
(2) Scanned copy of the legal person certificate of the business unit and the organization code certificate, and scanned copy of the legal person registration certificate of the social organization and the organization code certificate
The organization code certificate shall be available for inquiry at the National Organization Code Management Center ( / s_nacao.html).
(3) A scanned copy of the original individual business license and a copy of the operator's ID card (the copy should be stamped with the official seal of the individual business or signed by the operator)
(4) A scanned copy of the original Telecommunications and Information Service Business License (ICP Certificate) or the original ICP record subject information and the ICP record subject information queried in the ICP/IP address/domain name information filing management system of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the Ministry of Information Technology of the People's Republic of China. (5) Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign clients: valid local business registration certificates

3, the authority qualification
If the advertisement promotes goods or services involving administrative licenses or third-party authorization, the advertiser is required to provide the following documents proving authority for review:
(1) If the advertisement promotes goods that are patented products, the advertiser is required to provide a scanned copy of the patent right certificate. If the patentee is not the advertiser, the patentee is also required to provide documents proving that the advertiser is authorized by the patentee to produce or sell the patented product (stamped with the official seal of the patentee or signed by the patentee).
(2) If the trademark of the goods or services is a registered trademark, a scanned copy of the trademark registration certificate is required. If the trademark owner is not the advertiser, it is also necessary to provide the trademark owner to authorize the advertiser to use the trademark document (stamped with the official seal of the trademark owner or signed by the trademark owner).
(3) If the content of the advertisement contains works (including software) that should be protected by copyright, if the works have been registered for copyright, the certificate of copyright registration shall be provided. If the copyright owner of the work is not the advertiser, it is also necessary to provide a document certifying that the copyright owner has authorized the advertiser to use the work (stamped with the official seal of the copyright owner or signed by the copyright owner).
(4) If the name of a third party unit (including official name and common abbreviation) is used in the advertisement, a document certifying that the unit authorizes the advertiser to use its name (stamped with the official seal of the unit) is required.
(5) If the name or image of another person is used in the advertisement, a written document (signed by the person or his/her guardian) authorizing the advertiser to use his/her name or image must be provided by the person himself/herself or his/her guardian (in case he/she is a person with no full capacity for civil behavior)
But in the case of advertisements for live performances, albums, books, movies or TV dramas, etc., the promotional posters, album covers or movie or television screenshot in which the image of the performer, singer, author or actor appears, the above written document is not required.
(6) If CCTV (including its channels or columns) reports on certain goods or services as a means of advertisement, it is necessary to provide a document certifying that CCTV permits the advertiser to use its name or quote from its reports.
(7) According to Article 46 of the Advertising Law: "The advertisements of medical treatment, drugs, medical devices, pesticides, veterinary drugs and health food, as well as other advertisements which should be examined as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations, shall be examined by the relevant departments (hereinafter referred to as the advertisement examining authorities) on the contents of the advertisements prior to their release; they shall not be released without such examination. " Such advertisements are required to provide the examination and approval documents of the advertising review authority.
