Article 21 of the decoction room should be unified management by the pharmacy department. Pharmacy department should be responsible for the organization and coordination of the decoction room and management.
Article 22 The pharmacy department should be based on the actual situation of the unit to develop the appropriate decoction room work system and standardized operating procedures (SOP) of the relevant equipment, the work system, operating procedures should be bound and hung in the decoction room in the appropriate location, strictly enforced.
Article 23 The decoction personnel shall carefully check the prescription (or decoction voucher) when receiving, decocting, loading, delivering and distributing the medicines, and establish records of receipt and distribution, with true contents and complete records.
Each prescription (dose) of decoction should have a record reflecting the operation of all aspects of the decoction. Records should be kept neat, true content, complete data.
Article 24: Emergency decoction of medicines shall be completed within 2 hours, and the system of emergency decoction of traditional Chinese medicine shall be established and the record of emergency decoction shall be standardized.
Article 25 of the decoction equipment and facilities, containers should be clean before use, there should be cleaning procedures and daily cleaning records. For cleaning, cleaning and disinfection of equipment, utensils should be placed in a special place for proper storage.
Decoction room should be regularly disinfected. Detergent, disinfectant varieties should be regularly replaced, in line with the "food tools, equipment with washing health standards" (GB14930.1) and "food tools, equipment with washing and disinfectant hygiene standards" (GB14930.2) and other relevant health standards and requirements, and shall not be corroded and contaminated equipment and drugs.
Article 26 of the infectious disease patients should in principle use disposable appliances, after use in accordance with the management and disposal of medical waste. Do not have the above conditions, the reuse of drug containers should be strengthened management, fixed special use, and strict sterilization to prevent cross-contamination.
Article 27 Strengthening the quality control and monitoring of decoction. The head of the Pharmacy Department shall regularly (at least once a quarter) assess and inspect the quality of decoctions, seek the opinions of medical staff and hospitalized patients, and establish quality control and monitoring files.
