Gas spring is an accessory that can support, buffer, brake and adjust height and angle.
At present, this product has been widely used in medical devices, automobiles, furniture, textile equipment, processing industry and other fields.
According to different characteristics and application fields, gas springs are also called support rods, angle adjusters, pneumatic rods, dampers and so on. The basic principle of gas spring is to press inert gas and oil or oil-gas mixture into a closed cavity.
Gas spring is an elastic element with gas and liquid as working medium, which consists of pressure pipe, piston, piston rod and several connectors. The gas spring is filled with high-pressure nitrogen. Because the piston has a through hole, the gas pressure at both ends of the piston is equal, but the cross-sectional areas at both sides of the piston are different. One end is connected with the piston rod and the other end is not connected. Under the action of gas pressure, pressure is generated on the side with small cross-sectional area, that is, the elastic force of gas spring. The elasticity can be set by setting different nitrogen pressures or piston rods with different diameters.
