The quality control of punching pile driver for injecting submerged cement shall meet the requirements listed below:1 When punching pile driver starts to inject cement, the distance from bottom of conduit to bottom of hole shall be 300~500mm;2 Punching pile driver shall have enough cement reserve, and the conduit shall be buried below the cement injecting surface at one time, which shall not be less than 0.8m;3 The depth of conduit burying in the cement is suitable to be 2~6m, and it is forbidden to raise conduit to the cement injecting surface, and the speed of pulling conduit shall be controlled. Cement injection surface, and should control the speed of pulling pew conduit, there should be a person to survey the depth of the conduit and tube outside the cement injection surface height difference, fill in the record of underwater cement injection; 4 punching pile machine injection of underwater cement must be cicada linkage work, each pile injection time should be according to the initial plate of the first cement solidification time of the choke, the injection process should be backed up by records of failures; 5 punching pile machine should be controlled by the final injection amount, overfilled height of 0.8 ~ 1.0m. 0.8~1.0m, after chiseling off the height of flooding slurry, it is necessary to ensure that the cement strength of the top of the exposed pile reaches the preset level. Choose medium coarse sand; the maximum particle size of coarse aggregate should be less than 40mm; and should be satisfied, coarse aggregate can choose cobblestone or gravel, its aggregate particle size can't be greater than 1/3 of the minimum clear distance between reinforcement bars.3 The underwater injection of cement by perforated pile machine is suitable to be mixed with admixture.4 The initial amount of concrete must be calculated to confirm that the depth of concrete in the pile in which the catheter inserted into the pile is generally required to be 1,500mm.5 The depth of the hole must meet the requirements of the pre-setting, and the thickness of the slag is prohibited to be greater than 50mm. Slag thickness is prohibited greater than 50mm.6 The initial amount of cement in this project can not be less than 1.8m3. The initial amount of concrete should ensure that all the water in the conduit is pressed out, and the conduit can be buried in the concrete for the first time 1 ~ 1.5m deep.
