(C) full-time or part-time food safety management personnel and ensure food safety regulations.

Article XIII of the application for food production license shall be submitted to the applicant's local food and drug supervision and management department at or above the county level to submit the following materials:
(A) application for food production license;
(B) a copy of the business license;
(C) food production and processing premises and their surroundings plan, the layout of each functional area layout plan, Layout of process equipment and food production process flow diagram;
(D) food production equipment, facilities list;
(E) purchase inspection records, production process control, factory inspection records, food safety self-inspection, health management of employees, unsafe food recall, food safety accidents, and other rules and regulations to ensure food safety.
Applicants entrusted to others for food production permit application, the agent shall submit a power of attorney and the agent's identity documents.
Article XIV of the application for health food, special medical formulas, infant formula production license, should also be submitted with the production of food production quality management system documents and related registration and filing documents.
