Since the funds for these projects come from state-owned assets or state finances, their use must comply with laws and regulations to ensure the legal, standardized and transparent use of funds.
3, the use of international organizations or foreign governments, loans, assistance funds for the project.
These projects include, but are not limited to, projects financed by international organizations such as the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the United Nations Development Programme and other loans and aid funds, as well as projects financed by loans and aid funds provided by foreign governments. These projects are funded by international organizations or foreign governments, and must comply with international standards and laws and regulations to ensure the quality, safety and efficiency of the projects.
