Article XVII Principles of Admission:

Chapter VI Charges, Refunds and Financial Aid Policies
Article 18 Tuition and Accommodation Fees: According to the Shandong Provincial Government's documents, the tuition fees for new students of the University are RMB 4800 yuan for liberal arts majors, RMB 5000 yuan for science majors, and RMB 6000 yuan for art majors, and the province's unified guiding fees for the implementation of the Chinese-foreign cooperative school majors and the school-enterprise cooperative majors. Article 20 Students with excellent grades during their school years are entitled to a national scholarship of 8,000 yuan, a national inspirational scholarship of 5,000 yuan, a national bursary of 2,200-4,400 yuan, a provincial government scholarship of 6,000 yuan, a provincial government inspirational scholarship of 5,000 yuan, and a scholarship for outstanding students issued by the college every year. Article 23 The school does not entrust any institution or individual to handle enrollment-related matters. Article 24 The Jinan Vocational College is responsible for the interpretation of this charter.
