According to the regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation (GACA), no matter which airline, you can only bring rechargeable batteries not exceeding 100Wh on board the airplane, and those exceeding 100Wh but not exceeding 160Wh can be brought on board only with the approval of the airline.
The "Announcement on the Provisions for Civil Aviation Passengers Carrying "Charging Bowls" on Airplanes" stipulates:
I. Charging Bowls must be carried by passengers for personal use.
Second, the rechargeable treasure can only be carried in hand luggage or carry-on, is strictly prohibited in checked baggage.
Third, rechargeable batteries with rated energy up to 100Wh do not need the approval of the airlines; rechargeable batteries with rated energy more than 100Wh but not more than 160Wh can be carried with the approval of the airlines; however, no more than two rechargeable batteries are allowed to be carried by each passenger.

The following items may be accepted for transportation only if they meet the carrier's conditions of carriage and are approved by the carrier:?
1, precision instruments, electrical appliances such as DVD players, VCRs, televisions, audio equipment and other types of items, should be transported as freight consignment, such as transported as checked baggage, must be properly packed, and the weight of such items shall not be counted in the free baggage allowance.?
2, sports equipment, including sports guns and ammunition.
3, domesticated dogs, cats, birds or other play pets, guide dogs and hearing dogs, excluding wild animals and animals with strange forms or characteristics that may injure people, such as snakes, etc.?
4. Diplomatic pouch, machine documents.?
5. Folding wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs used by travelers during their journey.?
6. Sharp and blunt instruments other than control knives, such as kitchen knives, table knives, fruit knives, craft knives, scalpels, scissors, pencil sharpeners, as well as steel files, iron cones, axes, short sticks, hammers and so on, should be put into the checked baggage for transportation.?
7, some of the passengers are not easy to be used to hijack the aircraft, the threat to aircraft safety is not great, and really urgent and belong to the normal use of prohibited items, can be issued by the unit to prove that they are allowed to carry on. Such as the care of seriously ill patients out of the passenger, carry a small amount of alcohol cotton and other medical supplies and equipment, by the airport or Hainan Airlines agreed to allow its carry-on.
8. Fruits with irritating odor or easily offensive to other passengers, such as: durian, pineapple honey, etc., shall not be brought into the cabin, but can be placed in checked baggage for transportation.
9, firmly packed and secure 1.4S item ammunition, camping stoves and fuel tanks with flammable liquids, safety and security type equipment, internal combustion engines and fuel cell engines can not be brought into the passenger cabin, and need to go through the check-in procedures.
