Business owners who resume work must strictly fulfill their main responsibilities for prevention and control and meet the "four musts":
Must complete reporting procedures. Before resuming work and business, a registration report must be made, and the content of the report must be complete and true. Newly hired employees must complete their registration on the same day.
Personnel planning must be done strictly. Each business household must fully grasp the basic information of those returning to work, epidemiological history in the past 14 days, health status of themselves and their immediate family members, and transportation methods back to town. Personnel who have come from severely affected areas such as Hubei Province, Wenzhou City, Taizhou City, and Fuyang City in Anhui Province in the past 14 days, persons with "three histories", and persons with symptoms such as fever, chest tightness, and fatigue are not allowed to work.
Internal management must be strengthened. Employees must wear masks when on duty; health checks for employees should be strengthened. If symptoms such as fever and cough occur, business should be suspended immediately and sent to the hospital. The business premises must be disinfected every day and ventilation must be strengthened. Central air conditioning is not allowed.
Protection awareness must be enhanced. Customers entering the business premises are required to wear masks, and those who do not wear them should be refused entry; gatherings and dining in are prohibited in the business premises, and "contactless" takeout delivery or packaged consumption is advocated.
