(1) Characteristics of automatic ring electroplating line The characteristic of automatic ring electroplating line is that all process tanks are loaded in the production process, so it has high efficiency and is suitable for producing large quantities of products with mature technology, but the mechanical structure is complex, the investment is high, and the process change is difficult. Each hanger on the circular automatic line is a beat, moves a certain distance, lifts at a fixed point, and the plated parts move forward in turn. Therefore, according to the process design, the layout of electroplating bath is completely U-shaped. In the ring automatic line, the layout and length of electroplating bath are determined according to the process specification, that is, the ring automatic line can only be arranged and installed after the process sequence and processing time are determined. If you want to change the process, you must modify the plating solution and parts, which is complicated and difficult, so once the process is decided, it cannot be easily changed. (2) Transmission of the circular automatic line The lifting berth cylinder of the circular automatic line is responsible for the lifting of the spreader, and the horizontal propulsion and cylinder are responsible for the horizontal fixed-distance movement of the spreader. The synchronous cylinder ensures the synchronous lifting of the lifting cylinder, and the lifting frame also rises and falls at the same time. The synchronous cylinder is installed on the oil pump platform, the horizontal cylinder is installed on the frame of the automatic line, the lifting cylinder is a three-layer sleeve cylinder, the inner and outer sleeves are fixed, and the middle sleeve is a piston. Although this structure has high manufacturing requirements, it can reduce the amount of working oil and, more importantly, ensure the good rigidity of the piston. The last station of each process tank is empty for the hanger and workpiece to prepare before crossing the tank. The hanger can only be lifted and crossed at the first and last station in and out of the tank. The action sequence of the claw is that when the frame rises to a high place, the claw falls (the role of the rotating mechanism in the horizontal cylinder), and several hooks passing through the slot are pulled away. When the frame descends to a lower position, the horizontal cylinder moves for the second time, thus moving the hanger with the workpiece being processed in the groove. The claw on the hook passing through the groove will automatically lift and will not move. Therefore, the rack moves horizontally once when it goes up and once when it goes down. This cycle completes a beat. At present, there are many circular automatic lines in the hydraulic transmission mechanism of bridge lifting. The advantage of hydraulic transmission is relatively stable and simple structure, but the disadvantage is oil leakage, which needs to be improved.
