In particular, the background of the institution's managers are very different, there are medical personnel, businessmen, workers, etc., they did not go through the basic training of health management expertise, half-knowledge of health care laws and regulations, for the supervision and inspection of the health administrative departments do not care about, perfunctory.
(2) Medical personnel. Some private medical beauty institutions investors to hire foreign medical personnel in their institutions to practice medicine, some foreigners did not obtain a "medical license", or under the name of another person in their institutions to practice illegal medicine. In addition, the phenomenon of plastic surgeons practicing in other places is increasing.
(3) "three tattoo" personnel ①. Most of the people engaged in tattooing do not have systematic training in basic medical knowledge, and hold a variety of certificates, the more formal professional certificate is issued by the local labor department of the "vocational qualification training certificate", so the "three tattoos" personnel qualifications need to be regulated.

Medical beauty organizations do not consider their own personnel, equipment and facilities, blindly carry out service projects. Such as beauty clinics do not have the basic rescue equipment and blood qualifications, but without authorization to hire plastic surgeons for breast augmentation, liposuction and other high-tech cosmetic surgery.
4. Inflated pricing of medical cosmetic services
The health and price departments have not stipulated the standard of medical cosmetic service charges, and medical cosmetic service organizations have set their own prices with reference to the supply and demand of the market for cosmetic services in various places, leading to inflated pricing of medical cosmetic services and uncontrolled competition.
5. Misleading beauty seekers with false advertisements
In order to win higher visibility and greater economic benefits, some medical aesthetic organizations have released false advertisements through a variety of channels and means, such as exaggerating the effects of surgery and concealing the risks of surgery, misleading and even deceiving beauty seekers in order to make huge profits.
