Since 1996, our school has invested millions of yuan to eliminate school bungalows, and built 9,463.94 square meters of teaching rooms and supporting rooms and 3,402 (54× 63) square meters of sports ground. Teaching instruments and equipment reach the first-class standard, and the beauty of body sound and sanitary equipment reach the first-class standard. Every student has books 10, 56 newspapers and periodicals, and 452 instrumental teaching reference books. Our school invested nearly 2 million yuan, equipped with advanced computer teaching network, campus computer control system, multimedia operation platform, electronic lesson preparation room, voice classroom, microcomputer classroom, science and technology ceramic classroom, multifunctional classroom, traditional Chinese painting classroom, sketch art classroom, music and dance classroom, student books and electronic reading classroom. The departments are complete, the equipment and instruments are complete, the school management and office are networked, and the campus LAN is connected to the Internet through optical fiber. In June 2006, the laboratory was expanded and equipped with experimental instruments, which ensured the normal development of various educational and teaching activities.
At present, 26 classrooms in our school have completed the transformation of multimedia classrooms, equipped with advanced computers, LCD TVs and projectors, large-screen hanging cloth and two multifunctional classrooms. At the end of September 2007, our digital library was built. The library is equipped with 60 brand computers with Core 2 kernel, which can meet the needs of reading in class.
