Second, the safety operation procedures
(1) Precautions before starting the machine
1, the operator must be familiar with the performance and operation method of CNC machine tools. Machine tool management personnel must be unified before operating the machine tool.
2. Before the machine tool starts to work, it should be preheated. Carefully check whether the lubrication system is working properly. If the machine tool has not been started for a long time, you can manually supply oil to each part first. Check whether the voltage, air pressure and oil pressure meet the working requirements.
3. Check whether the movable part of the machine tool is in normal working condition. Check whether the workbench is offside or overrun.
4. Check whether the electrical components are firm and whether the wiring falls off.
5. The tools used should meet the specifications allowed by the machine tool, and the severely damaged tools should be replaced in time.
6, adjust the tool, don't forget the tools used in the machine tool.
7. Whether the center hole of large-size shaft parts is appropriate, if the center hole is too small, it is easy to be dangerous in work.
8. After installing the tool, try cutting once or twice.
9. Check the clamping state of the chuck.
10, before starting the machine, the protective door of the machine must be closed.
(2), boot process matters needing attention
1, operate in strict accordance with the startup sequence in the machine tool manual.
2. Under normal circumstances, it is necessary to return to the machine tool reference point and establish the machine tool coordinate system.
3. After starting, let the machine idle for more than 15 minutes to make the machine reach a balanced state.
4. After shutdown, you must wait for more than 5 minutes before starting again. Frequent startup or shutdown is not allowed without special circumstances.
(III) Matters needing attention in the debugging process
1. Edit, modify and debug the program. If the first block is cut, it must be idling to ensure the correct procedure.
2. Install the debugging fixture according to the process requirements, and remove the iron filings and sundries on each positioning surface.
3. Clamping the workpiece according to the positioning requirements to ensure correct and reliable positioning. It is not allowed to loosen the workpiece during machining.
4. Install the tools to be used. If it is a machining center, the tool position number of the tool in the tool magazine must be strictly consistent with the tool number in the program.
5. Set the tool according to the origin programmed on the workpiece and establish the workpiece coordinate system. If more than one cutter is used, the remaining cutters compensate for the length or tip position respectively.
6. Set cutter radius compensation.
7. Confirm that the coolant output is usually sufficient.
8. Check again whether the established workpiece coordinate system is correct.
(4) Safety precautions during processing
1, it is forbidden to touch the tip of the knife and iron filings by hand. Iron filings must be cleaned with iron hooks or brushes.
2. It is forbidden to disassemble the rotating spindle, workpiece or its moving parts by hand or in any way.
3. It is forbidden to measure and change the speed during processing, and it is not allowed to wipe the workpiece with cotton silk or clean the machine tool.
4, when the lathe is running, the operator shall not leave his post, machine tool found abnormal phenomenon immediately stop.
5, often check the bearing temperature, too high should find relevant personnel to check.
6, in the process of processing, are not allowed to open the door of the machine tool.
7, strictly abide by the post responsibility system, the machine tool shall be used by special personnel, and the use of the machine tool shall be subject to my consent.
8, the workpiece out of the window 100mm, completes the important data records, etc.
9, downtime or succession to record processing, important data, etc.
(5) Matters needing attention after processing is completed
1, remove chips, wipe the machine tool and use the machine tool to keep the environment clean.
2. Pay attention to check or replace the oil scraper on the worn machine tool guide rail.
3. Check the status of lubricating oil and coolant, and add or replace them in time.
4. Turn off the power supply and total power supply on the machine tool operation panel in turn.
5. When the machine tool is turned on, it should follow the principles of zero first (unless there are special requirements), manual, inching and automatic. Machine tool operation should follow the principle of low speed, medium speed and high speed again, in which the running time of low speed and medium speed should not be less than 2-3 minutes. When it is determined that there is no abnormality, work can be started.
6, it is forbidden to knock on the chuck, between the top, correction and correction of the workpiece, must confirm the workpiece and tool clamping rear can proceed to the next step.
7, the operator must stop when changing tools and workpieces, adjusting workpieces or leaving the machine tool to work.
8. The operator shall not dismantle and move the safety and safety protection device on the machine tool at will.
9. Before the machine tool starts machining, it is not allowed to check whether the program used is similar to the machined parts through program calibration. After confirmation, you can manage the safety shield and start the machine tool to process parts.
10, machine tool accessories, measuring tools and cutting tools shall be properly kept in good condition, and compensation shall be made for any loss or damage.
1 1. After the training, clean the machine tool, keep it clean, move the tailstock and the carriage to the end of the bed, and cut off the power supply of the machine tool.
12. When the machine tool fails or is abnormal during work, it should immediately stop to protect the site and report to the site immediately.

14, understand the technical requirements of the part drawing, and check whether the blank size and shape are defective. Choose a reasonable method to install parts.
15, correctly select CNC turning tools to ensure accurate and firm installation of parts and tools.
16, understand and master the control and operation panel of CNC machine tools and its operation essentials, accurately input the program into the system, simulate inspection and room cutting, and make all the preparations before processing.
17, in the process of machining, if the lathe runs abnormally or fails, stop immediately and report to the instructor to avoid danger.
