①There are four sets of ceiling pulleys, two of which are single bearings and two of which are double bearings. The double bearings are installed close to the direction of the hand crank.
②The corner device is installed right above the hand crank, and the height of the hand crank is about 1.5m above the ground, which can be adjusted freely according to the situation, but the corner and the hand crank must be kept perpendicular to ensure that the steel wire rope will not be friction with the shell of the hand crank in the process of use. (Such as friction may appear after the tie burr, may also wear)
③The threading method of the wire rope should be as follows: starting from the corner, one end of the wire rope passes through the bearings of the corner, and then passes through the bearings above the double bearing, and then passes through the other single bearing of the canopy pulley, and then hangs down, and then passes through the ring of the boom, and tie it down firmly and fix it; the wire rope of the other end also passes through the bearings of the corner, and then passes through the double bearing of the overhead crane pulley's lower bearing, and then hang down, through the hoisting ring bundle fixed. (Note: Before tying and fixing through the hanging ring, put on the decorative cover of the top seat, because after putting on the wire rope, the decorative cover can be fixed on the overhead pulley)
④Fix the electric pole through the hanging ring, and then adjust the length of the wire ropes on both ends of the pole in the middle of the wire ropes, and then after the pole maintains the horizontal position, fix it on the wire buckle of the wire rope belt in the hand crank. (Note: sometimes because the height of the house is not the same, the wire rope may be too long, it will cut off a part of the wire rope)
⑤Plug in both ends of the pole, hang the hanger installation. (12 expansion screws are divided into 4 internal expansion screws, 8 external expansion screws, 8 external expansion screws for fixing the top seat on the ceiling.) Some styles of windproof hangers are divided into windproof head and hanger body, which need to be assembled together. It will be easy to install the windproof head by soaking it in boiling water.
The second method: 1. The lift hanger has three sets of pulleys, divided into the lower pulley (also called the base, with upper and lower wheels), the rear pulley (also called the base, with only one wheel), and the steering wheel (also called the universal wheel, usually with four wheels). 2. The simplest method: hold the ends of the wire from the bottom to the top to go through the steering wheel's two wheel grooves, and pull the ends of the wire to go through the upper and lower wheel grooves on the same side of the front pulley . At this point, pay attention to the direction. Once the wire ends are through, see if the two wires cross (look between the steering wheel and the front pulley). For example, the wire cross (not in the same plane cross), indicating the wrong, up and down to change.
