The TLE7244SL is an eight-channel low-side switch in the PG-SSOP-24-7 package that provides embedded protection. It is specifically designed for use as a relay driver in automotive applications. The serial peripheral interface (SPI) is used for device and load control and diagnostics. For direct control and PWM, four input pins are available. The device is monolithically integrated.
