In fact, PLC is composed of a single chip microcomputer and a bunch of peripheral circuits. Therefore, as long as we can design the peripheral circuits that need functions and program them with single chip microcomputer, we can use single chip microcomputer instead of PLC.
Using a single-chip pen and PLC is relatively complicated, and the workload and work cycle are relatively long. Moreover, PLC is the hard work of many engineers for many years, so its various protections and stability have been verified. The circuit made by ourselves may not achieve such a good effect.
