1, reserved line for power unit of lifting column equipment

The motor of the lifting column power plant has a three-core cable, which is red, black and yellow in turn. The solenoid valve has two black wires, one two-core spiral lamp wire with warning light, seven wires with * * *, and five wires without warning light. After the welding of the fixing reinforcement of the outer cylinder is completed, the wiring shall be started.

2. Wiring process

Open the stainless steel panel on the hydraulic integrated machine of the power unit, put it on the ground at one side of the foundation pit of the outer cylinder, and connect the seven-core cable led out from above the outer cylinder to the motor line, solenoid valve line and warning light line of the power unit respectively. Accurately remember the wire number or color of the seven-core cable, as well as the wire number and color corresponding to the motor, solenoid valve and warning light on the equipment, so as to avoid the wiring error of the control box.

3, equipment wiring instructions

There are three motor wires on the road pile, which are shared by red motor, yellow motor and black motor, and cannot be connected to the corresponding terminals of the control box. Two separate black lines of the solenoid valve are connected to the solenoid valve of the control box and the common corresponding end of the solenoid valve, regardless of the positive and negative poles. The warning light wire 1 double core wire is connected to the warning light of the control box, and the common end of the warning light is divided into positive and negative poles.

4, wiring standards

After the wire ends are connected, welding shall be carried out. Wrap it with plastic tape first, then wrap it with high-pressure waterproof tape for two layers, then wrap it with plastic tape, and then wrap it with electrical asphalt tape for four times. After the wires are connected, the wires at the terminals should be arranged and fixed under the power supply unit to prevent external forces from damaging the wiring. When finished, first connect the two wires connecting the warning light on the power supply unit, and measure the other end of the cable with a multimeter. The motors of three wires are connected, and the solenoid valves of two wires are connected. Two light wires are connected, but the motor, solenoid valve and wire are not connected. After confirmation, standardize the remaining cables into the storage box at the side of the outer cylinder, and each pile is connected to the corresponding end row in the control box.
