2, does not meet the content: did not check the use of ZC3-A rebound meter records and WE-600D universal testing machine maintenance records
Reason analysis: the system does not make provisions for equipment maintenance records.
Rectification measures: modify the system documentation, equipment maintenance records to make provisions.
Evidence of correction: document revision notice, revision page, ZC3-A rebound meter use records and WE-600D universal testing machine maintenance records.
3, does not meet the content of the item: did not see the KON-RBL (D) rebar position measuring instrument used for on-site engineering testing before and after the state inspection records.
Reason analysis: the system documentation does not provide for the use of on-site testing equipment records.
Rectification measures: Revise the system documentation to set up on-site testing equipment to make provisions for the use of records.
Rectification evidence: document modification notice, modify the page, KON-RBL (D) rebar position measuring instrument used for on-site engineering testing before and after the state inspection records.
