1. Connect the air tightness detector and the test fixture mold through the air supply pipe, and the air supply pressure of the air supply part is 0.4- 1.2MPA, which cannot exceed this range. Connect the power cord, and the voltage is required to be 220V.
2. Set the test parameters according to the test requirements, and select the test program of the air tightness detector to the set program.
3. Put in the lithium-ion battery product to be tested, and you can start the test. The instrument automatically judges the quality of the product according to the parameters we set.
Different methods of lithium-ion battery air tightness tester are similar, the only difference is that it is customized according to customer's needs. Some customers choose multi-station or multi-channel air tightness tester because of the high output speed of production line. Some customers may choose a single-station air tightness tester because the production line output is not high. However, the testing principle is basically the same, but the choice is different. Because the shapes of lithium-ion batteries are different, they are customized when customizing tooling and molds.
