Regulations for the Administration of Medical Devices, Article 54, paragraph 1

Article 54 The food and drug supervision and management departments in the supervision and inspection of the following powers:

(1) to enter the scene of the implementation of the inspection, take samples;

(2) access, copy, seal, seizure of the relevant contracts, bills, books and other relevant information;

(3) seizure, seizure of medical devices do not meet the statutory requirements, illegal use of spare parts, raw materials and tools for the illegal production of medical devices, equipment;

(4) seizure in violation of the provisions of these Regulations to engage in the production and management activities of medical devices. (C) the seizure of medical devices that do not meet the legal requirements, illegal use of spare parts, raw materials, and tools and equipment used in the illegal production of medical devices;

(D) the seizure of violation of the provisions of these Regulations to engage in the production and management of medical devices.

Food and drug supervision and management departments to carry out supervision and inspection, shall show the law enforcement documents, and keep the commercial secrets of the inspected unit.

The relevant units and individuals should be supervised by the food and drug supervision and inspection departments to cooperate, shall not conceal the situation.
