1. Environmental Protection Law
The Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China*** and the State of China is a national law enacted to protect and improve the environment, prevent and control pollution and other public nuisances, safeguard public health, advance the construction of ecological civilization, and promote sustainable economic and social development, and it was adopted by the People's Republic of China*** and the State of China***. The Eighth Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People's Congress was revised and adopted on April 24, 2014, and the revised Chinese People's **** and State Environmental Protection Law is hereby promulgated and shall come into force on January 1, 2015.
2, Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law
September 5, 1987, China formulated and promulgated the Law on Prevention and Control of Air Pollution, and on May 24, 1991, the State Environmental Protection Bureau published the Rules for the Implementation of the Law on Prevention and Control of Air Pollution, which came into force from July 1, 1991 onwards.
3, the prevention and control of marine environmental pollution law

4, Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law
In May 1996, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress passed the newly amended Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law, and in terms of environmental standards, it also formulated the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB3838-88), the Water Quality Standards for Agricultural Irrigation (GB5084-92), and the Water Quality Standards for Fisheries (GB5084-92), and the Water Quality Standards for Fisheries (GB5084-92). ), "Fishery Water Quality Standards" (GB11607-89), "Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standards" (GB8978-1996) and so on.
5, Environmental Noise Pollution Prevention and Control Law
