Chapter II Employee Management Article 3 All employees must wear factory uniforms and work cards to enter the workshop as required. Article 4. Go to work on time, don't be late, don't leave early, don't miss work, ask for leave if you have something, and offenders will be dealt with according to the attendance management system. Article 5. During working hours, you are not allowed to leave your post without leave and cross posts with each other. If you need to leave the workshop because of something, you must apply to the team leader and get approval before you leave. Article 6 When an employee meets a guest in the factory or a senior leader of the factory department for a visit or inspection in the workshop, the cadres above the group leader should stand up to greet him properly or accompany him when necessary, and the operators should work as usual, and they are not allowed to look around. Article 7 Chatting, slapstick, quarreling and fighting, leaving the post without authorization, making phone calls, playing mobile phones and other behaviors unrelated to work are prohibited in the workshop; Job-hopping refers to going to other people's posts to do things unrelated to work during working hours, and offenders will be dealt with according to the employee reward and punishment system. Article 8 Visits and personal calls are not allowed during working hours, and it is strictly forbidden to use mobile phones at work. Article 9 No one may bring prohibited articles, dangerous articles or articles unrelated to production into the workshop. Personal belongings shall not be put on the assembly line, and offenders shall be dealt with according to the employee reward and punishment system. Article 10 The workshop shall arrange production in strict accordance with the production plan, and carefully organize production according to the equipment and personnel conditions of the workshop. The division of production work is not separated, and each production team must complete its daily production tasks and ensure the quality. Article 11 In case of raw and auxiliary materials, packaging materials, etc. in the workshop. Do not meet the requirements, have the right to refuse production, and report to the superior. If losses are caused by continuous production, the responsible persons at all levels in the workshop shall be responsible for the consequences. Article 12 Employees must obtain materials through the materials clerk, and may not take them away without permission. During the production process, the person in charge of each team will put the articles and materials in the workshop group area in an orderly manner and mark them, and they are not allowed to be mixed. Article 13 Employees shall operate in strict accordance with quality standards and process regulations in the production process, and shall not change the production process or assembly method of products without authorization. Clause 14: read the work instruction carefully before work. If an employee violates the operating rules, whether intentionally or negligently, causing losses to the company, the parties concerned shall fully compensate the company (the management personnel shall also be jointly punished for negligence in management). Fifteenth once the production process is determined, no one may change it at will. If errors are found during the operation, they should be stopped immediately and the heads of relevant departments should be informed to discuss them together, and changes should be made after approval and signature. Article 16 During working hours, employees must obey the work arrangement of management personnel and use the instruments and equipment issued by the company correctly. Do not use machinery, equipment, instruments, computers and other tools that are not in their posts. Idle production equipment should be sent to the designated area for resettlement, otherwise it will be treated illegally. Seventeenth workshop employees must achieve civilized production and actively complete the production tasks assigned by superiors; Temporary transfer due to work needs, obey the arrangement of the supervisor at or above the workshop leadership level, assist in the work and obey the management of the employing department, and report the nonconformities to the company for handling. Article 18 Workshop employees and outsiders shall abide by special regulations when entering special posts to ensure production safety. Article 19 In the process of maintenance, the repairman must clearly distinguish between good materials and bad materials, and must make clear signs, and materials cannot be mixed. Equipment maintenance personnel and electricians must follow the shift to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Article 20 Employees have the responsibility to keep the working environment clean, and spitting and littering are strictly prohibited. Pay attention to saving materials in the production process, and don't throw materials and tools around at will. Items unrelated to production cannot be placed on the workbench, and the workbench must be kept clean and tidy. Article 21 Operators must clean the machines, equipment and jobs before taking up their posts every day, so as to ensure that the working environment of the working procedure is clean and tidy, the working table is not messy, and the production parts are placed separately and clearly marked. Twenty-second when you get off work, you should tidy up the workbench. The team leader is responsible for cleaning, placing articles, arranging production, and closing all doors and windows and power supply after work. Otherwise, in case of theft and other accidents, the responsibility of the team leader and workshop supervisor will be investigated. Twenty-third to strengthen site management, at any time to ensure that the site is clean and tidy, equipment in good condition. After the production, the remaining waste and public garbage must be cleaned up by each group of duty personnel on the same day and transported out of the workshop at the designated place; The waste paper box should be dismantled in time, and it can't be cleaned until the next day. Article 24 It is not allowed to take anything in the company out of the factory without permission (except for special circumstances that require the approval of the leader). If this behavior is verified, you will be fired and your monthly salary will be deducted. Article 25 Whoever maliciously destroys the company's property or steals other people's property (whether public property or other people's property), regardless of the value, shall be handed over to the company's administrative department for handling. Depending on the seriousness of the case, be dismissed without pay, and compensate twice the stolen price or send it to the public security organ for handling. Chapter III Employee Appraisal Article 26 The contents of appraisal are mainly in four aspects: personal morality, diligence, ability and performance. Where: 1. "Virtue" mainly refers to professionalism, dedication, sense of responsibility and moral code of conduct. 2. "Diligence" mainly refers to work attitude, whether it is active or passive, and so on. 3. "Energy" mainly refers to technical ability, the efficiency of completing tasks, the quality of completing tasks, and the level of error rate. 4. "Achievement" mainly refers to the results of work, the amount of tasks completed within the specified time, whether creative work can be carried out, and so on. Article 27 The purpose of assessment: to make an appropriate evaluation on the moral character, talent, work attitude and work performance of the company's employees, as the basis for rational use, rewards and punishments and training, to urge employees to enhance their sense of responsibility, perform their duties and responsibilities, get rid of the disadvantages of "doing well but doing poorly with equal ability", stimulate self-motivation, mobilize work initiative, enthusiasm and creativity, and improve the overall efficiency of the company. Chapter IV Supplementary Provisions Article 28 The Production Department is fully responsible for the implementation of this management system. Article 29 The production department of the company is responsible for the formulation, interpretation, inspection and assessment of this system. Article 30 This system shall come into effect after being approved by the general manager, and the same shall apply to any modification.
