Handling "temporary inbound and outbound goods" can meet the following conditions:
Goods displayed or used in exhibitions, fairs, conferences and similar activities;
Performance and competition supplies used in cultural and sports exchange activities;
Instruments, equipment and supplies used for news reporting or filming movies and TV programs;
Instruments, equipment and supplies used in scientific research, teaching and medical activities;
Vehicles and special vehicles used in the activities listed in items (1) to (4) of this paragraph;
Sample goods;
Instruments, equipment and supplies used in charitable activities;
Instruments and tools for equipment installation, debugging, inspection and maintenance;
A container for holding goods;
Self-driving vehicles for tourism and their supplies;
Equipment, instruments and materials used in engineering construction;
Other temporary inbound and outbound goods approved by the customs. Goods temporarily imported by using the Certificate of Temporary Import of Goods (hereinafter referred to as ATA Documentary) are limited to the goods stipulated in the international convention on temporary import of goods to which China is a party.
