Changsha Municipal People's Government's Decision on Announcing the Catalogue of Cancelled, Adjusted, and Retained Non-Permit Administrative Approval Items at Municipal Level
According to the requirements of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government to continue to deepen the reform of the administrative examination and approval system, the Office of the Municipal Government's Leading Group for Administrative Examination and Approval System Reform has organized the relevant municipal Departments (units) of the department (unit) of the non-permitted administrative approval projects were cleaned up. After the study of the municipal government, it was decided to cancel 37 non-permit administrative approval items, adjust 191 non-permit administrative approval items, and retain 229 non-permit administrative approval items. The cancellation and adjustment of non-permitted administrative approval items, the districts and counties (municipalities) people's governments, municipal units should do a good job of implementation and convergence of the work, the development of supporting measures to strengthen the follow-up work supervision, to prevent the cancellation of non-permitted administrative approval items after the supervision of the lack of space or not in place; non-permitted administrative approval items to handle the content of the procedures, time limits, requirements, etc., in the office space and the relevant media announcements, to further Standardize and strengthen the supervision; in line with the principle of streamlining, efficiency and convenience, to reform the non-permitted administrative approval project management methods, to facilitate the administrative relative. The people's governments of the districts and counties (cities) should refer to the clean-up of non-permitted administrative approval projects at the municipal level, and organize and carry out the clean-up of non-permitted administrative approval projects in the light of the local actual situation.
