How to judge from the pulse, tongue and other signs of spleen and stomach cold?

Freezing of the spleen and stomach is usually seen in the form of a pale and fat tongue with white slippery moss, teeth marks on the side of the tongue, and a weak and feeble pulse, which should also be analyzed in conjunction with the systemic symptoms. Systemic symptoms include: bloating, pain in the epigastrium and abdomen with warmth and pressure, light mouth, no thirst, no warmth in the limbs, loose stools, or swelling in the limbs, fear of cold and warmth, long or unfavorable urine, and thin and abundant leukorrhea in women.

The pain in the stomach is vague and unrelenting, cold pain and discomfort, like warmth and pressure, pain in the empty stomach, slowed down by food, pain attacked or aggravated by exertion or cold food or cold, vomiting of water, less food, fatigue, hands and feet are not warm, and loose stools, and so on.
