Article 124: Anyone who destroys broadcasting and television facilities or public telecommunication facilities, endangering the safety of the public *** shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years and not more than seven years; or, if the consequences are serious, to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than seven years. Anyone who commits the preceding crime by negligence shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years; if the circumstances are less serious, he or she shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention.
Article 288 Anyone who violates state regulations by setting up or using a radio station without authorization, or by using a radio frequency without authorization and interfering with the order of radio communication under serious circumstances shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, detention or control, and shall be fined concurrently or singly; if the circumstances are particularly serious, he or she shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years, and shall be fined concurrently. If the unit commits the crime in the preceding paragraph, the unit shall be sentenced to a fine, and its directly responsible supervisors and other directly responsible persons shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
