3. A certificate of compliance issued by a unit with special equipment testing qualifications for tower crane testing.
4. The general contracting unit has an on-site manager who organizes the technology, safety, engineering and quality departments to conduct joint acceptance.
5. Acceptance by the supervision unit.
6. Obtain the "use certificate" from the safety supervision department of the construction administrative unit within 30 days.
