The current project, medical waste treatment plant project approach road construction is basically completed; complex earth backfill, bearing platform foundation pouring has been completed; high temperature pyrolysis line main plant foundation, equipment foundation construction has been completed, underground recycled water, sewage, water supply pipeline burial is completed, the steel structure has arrived at the installation, the strict implementation of the various measures to prevent and control pollution of exhaust gas. Strengthen the operation and management of the incinerator, strictly control the incinerator temperature, residence time and flue gas cooling and other working conditions, to ensure that hazardous waste incineration effect, and effectively reduce the generation of pollutants such as di-_ying. The incineration exhaust gas is treated by SNCR+waste heat boiler+sharp cooling tower and semi-dry desulfurization+dry reactor+bag filter+wet deacidification facilities, and then discharged through a 50-meter exhaust pipe at high altitude after it reaches the requirements of Table 3 of the "Hazardous Waste Incineration Pollution Control Standards" (GB18484-2020). SCR denitrification interface and installation conditions should be reserved in the plant. Installation of pyrolysis gasification equipment is completed.
2. Each emission cylinder of the project should be set up in accordance with the specification requirements for sampling holes and sampling platforms, incineration waste gas exhaust cylinders should be installed with online monitoring devices and networking with the management. Strengthen the operation and maintenance of all types of waste gas treatment facilities and management, timely replacement of activated carbon, to ensure that the facility operating effect.
