Article 5 The person in charge of an individual clinic and its related personnel shall be familiar with the laws and regulations on the management of drugs and medical devices, and master the basic knowledge of drugs.
Article VI of individual clinics engaged in drug management, prescription review, dispensing personnel must be qualified according to law, or by the pharmacy technicians who have been certified by the clinical assistant physician qualification and through the labor department skills appraisal, in line with the provisions of the pharmacy staff.
