Environmental protection management system

There are eight main environmental protection management systems, as follows:

1, environmental impact assessment system;

2, three simultaneous system;

3, sewage charging system;

4, the environmental protection target responsibility system;

5, quantitative assessment system for the comprehensive improvement of the urban environment;

6, sewage discharge licensing system;

7, centralized pollution control system;

8, limited period treatment system for pollution sources.

Because the content of environmental management involves various environmental factors such as soil, water, atmosphere, biology, etc., the field of environmental management involves economic, social, political, natural, scientific and technological aspects, and the scope of environmental management involves various departments of the state, environmental management is highly comprehensive.

Article 15 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Environmental Protection of the State Council, the competent department of environmental protection of the State Council shall formulate national environmental quality standards.

The people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government may

formulate local environmental quality standards for items not stipulated in the national environmental quality standards; and may formulate local environmental quality standards that are stricter than the

national environmental quality standards for items already stipulated in the national environmental quality standards. Local environmental quality standards shall be reported to the State Council environmental protection

protection department for the record.

The state encourages environmental benchmarking research.

Article 17 The State establishes and improves the environmental monitoring system. The competent department for environmental protection under the State Council shall formulate monitoring

specifications, organize monitoring networks in conjunction with the relevant departments, unify the planning for the setting up of national environmental quality monitoring stations

and establish a mechanism for ****enjoyment of the monitoring data, so as to strengthen the management of environmental monitoring.

Related industries, specialties and other types of environmental quality monitoring stations should be set up in accordance with laws and regulations provisions

and monitoring specifications.

Monitoring organizations should use monitoring equipment that meets national standards, and comply with monitoring specifications. Monitoring organizations and their

heads are responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the monitoring data.

Article 40 The State promotes clean production and resource recycling.

The relevant departments of the State Council and local people's governments at all levels shall take measures to promote the production and

use of clean energy.

Enterprises shall give priority to the use of clean energy, the use of high resource utilization, pollutant emissions of processes,

equipment, and comprehensive utilization of waste and harmless treatment of pollutants, reduce the generation of pollutants.
