This project is positioned as a multi-storey public **** building with a height of not more than 24m, with an above-ground part of 3200m2 and an underground part of 3640m2. 1# building is the main exhibition center composed of 3F above ground and 1F underground, and 2# building is adjacent to the river, which is the auxiliary exhibition space on the ground level and underground level and part of the artist's studio.

Corresponding professional equipment and management rooms are arranged indoors, and outdoor parking is provided in the south of the site, *** counting 44 cars.

II. Architectural Design

(I) Design Guidelines Combining the undulating site status, dealing with the harmonious balance between the building and the city road, landscape and pedestrian flow, and combining the qualities of the art itself, the design endeavors to create a novel and lively modern art gallery, and to make it a landmark building of the new era on the side of Nanling Road.

3, the choice of building materials Combined with the idea of this design, in order to create a more powerful and expressive effect on the shape of the main body, the exterior is mainly wrapped in metal zinc plate and combined with internal materials and peripheral decorations, to open the reflective glass window with a sense of rhythm to enliven the texture of the facade.

Three, structural design

(a) According to the The importance of the use function of the building, the seismic defense category of the building is C. The building structure class is Grade II. The structural grade of the building is Grade II. The seismic intensity is 6 degrees, and the designed basic seismic acceleration is 0.05g, and the designed seismic grouping is Group I. The basic wind pressure is 0.30KK, and the designed wind pressure is 0.30KK. The basic wind pressure is 0.30KN/m2.

(2) The project consists of one 3-story frame building and one 1-story frame building, and the seismic grade of one 3-story frame building is Grade III, and the seismic grade of one 1-story frame building is Grade IV.

(c) The floor and roof cover plates are made of cold-rolled ribbed steel bars, and the beams and columns are made of secondary steel. All floors and roofs are fully cast-in-place structures to meet the code requirements and reduce the amount of steel used to save the cost of the project. Four, water supply and drainage design

This project contains 3-story exhibition public **** building (building area of more than 5,000 square meters and contains a central air-conditioning system), 2-story public **** building (building area of more than 1,000 square meters), 2 sub-items. The design includes water supply system, drainage system, fire hydrant system, automatic sprinkler system, fire extinguisher system and Heptafluoropropane gas automatic fire extinguishing system.

Maximum daily water consumption is about 60 cubic meters. Direct city water supply is used. Steel-plastic composite pipes and PP-R plastic water pipes are used for water supply to ensure hygienic water quality.

Fire extinguishers are installed on each floor of each building. 3-story exhibition public **** building is equipped with fire hydrant water supply system and automatic sprinkler system on each floor. In the basement, there is a special fire sprinkler pool with an effective volume of 108 cubic meters and a fire sprinkler pressurized water pump, and the highest roof of the building is equipped with an 18m3 fire sprinkler pool. The diesel generator room is equipped with Heptafluoropropane gas automatic fire extinguishing system to ensure the safe operation of self-supplied power.

V. Electrical design

(A) Design scope:

According to the economic and technical indicators of the community planning, the electrical design of the project includes power distribution, power, lighting, lightning and grounding, etc., the design of the weak power system, including telephone, cable TV, structured integrated cabling and other systems.

(B) Power supply

1, electricity consumption index

Electricity consumption is 100W per square meter.

All fire-fighting electrical equipment is a secondary load, and the rest of the electrical equipment is a tertiary load.

The high and low voltage distribution room and diesel generator room are located in the first basement.

Drawing a 10KV dedicated line power supply, set up a 800KVA epoxy resin dry-type transformer.

High-voltage single busbar non-segmented operation, low-voltage part of the fixed separation of low-voltage distribution panels, low-voltage distribution system using a single busbar segmented operation, using manual contact.

There is a diesel generator (about 90KW) for backup power. Diesel generator sets and low-voltage distribution system using automatic double-throw switch contact. In case of fire, the diesel generator is prioritized for fire fighting.
