4, FDA certification: FDA's responsibility is to ensure that the United States domestic production or import of food, cosmetics, drugs, biological agents, medical devices and radiation products safety.

5, CPSC certification: the main responsibility is to develop standards and regulations for the safety of consumer products used and monitor the implementation. For those consumer products that do not have standards to follow, the development of mandatory standards or bans.
