Chengdu water tariffs 2023

Chengdu water tariffs in 2023 are divided into three steps:

1, the first step of water volume (m3/household meter/year), 0-216m3, the water price is 2.93 yuan/m3 (of which, the tap water fee is 2.08 yuan/m3, and sewage treatment fee is 0.85 yuan/m3).

2, the second step of the amount of water (m3/household meter/year), 217-300m3, the price of water is 3.80 yuan/m3 (of which, tap water charges 2.95 yuan/m3, sewage charges 0.85 yuan/m3).

3, the third step of the amount of water (m3/household meter/year), 301m3 or more, the price of water is 6.41 yuan/m3 (of which, tap water charges 5.56 yuan/m3, sewage charges 0.85 yuan/m3).

Generally, the rental water fee is calculated by tons, the price is about 4-5 yuan per ton, while the electricity fee is calculated by degrees, the price is between 0.8-1 yuan per degree, with this month's water and electricity meter of the bottom of the meter figures minus the last month's water and electricity meter of the bottom of the meter figures, the difference is multiplied by the price of the unit that is the rental utility costs.

The reason why the property company collects the water bill on behalf of the property company:

Because the property company and the water company have reached a cooperation, the property company collects the water bill instead of the water company, but the actual water bill is still handed over to the water company at the end of the day, which does not have any effect on the owners. And with so many people living in the city, it would be more of a hassle for the water company to collect all of them, and it would be easier for the property owners to manage if they did it on their behalf.

In summary, water charges are usually adjusted according to local economic conditions, water supply, operating costs and other factors.
