Article 51 The staff of drug manufacturing enterprises, drug business enterprises and medical institutions who are in direct contact with drugs must undergo annual health examinations. 2, the Chinese people *** and the State Border Sanitation and Quarantine Law
Article 4 entry and exit of people, means of transport, transportation equipment, as well as baggage, goods, parcels and other items that may spread quarantine infectious diseases shall be subjected to quarantine, by the permission of the State border sanitary and quarantine authorities, before being allowed to enter or leave the country. Specific measures shall be prescribed by the implementing regulations of this Law.
Article V. When the sanitary and quarantine authorities at the state border discover a quarantine infectious disease or a suspected quarantine infectious disease, in addition to taking the necessary measures, they must immediately notify the local administrative department of health, and at the same time report to the administrative department of health of the State Council by the fastest method, not exceeding twenty-four hours at the latest. The postal and telecommunication departments shall give priority to the transmission of epidemic reports.

Article 7 health care institutions shall provide citizens with premarital health care services.
Premarital health care services include the following:
(1) premarital health guidance: education on knowledge of sexual health, fertility and hereditary diseases;
(2) premarital health counseling: medical advice on issues related to marriage and reproductive health care;
(3) premarital medical examination: medical examination of men and women preparing to get married for illnesses that may affect marriage and childbirth. (c) Pre-marital medical examination: medical examination for diseases that may affect marriage and childbirth of the man and woman who are going to get married.
5. The Law of the People's Republic of China on Blood Donation
Article 8 A blood station is an institution that collects and provides blood for clinical use, and is a public welfare organization that does not operate for profit. The establishment of blood stations to collect blood from citizens must be approved by the health administrative department of the State Council or by the health administrative department of the people's government of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government. Blood stations shall provide all kinds of safe, hygienic and convenient conditions for blood donors. The conditions for the establishment and management of blood stations shall be formulated by the health administrative department of the State Council.
