Among them, CG6125 high-precision lathe has been awarded as the Ministry's high-quality products for many times; φ200mm precision instrumentation lathe of modular design has won the city's major scientific and technological achievement award; CK6430 CNC chuck lathe has won the city's new product achievement award in 2000. These products are especially suitable for automobile, home appliances, optical electronics, instrumentation, aerospace and military industries for batch, high-efficiency, high-precision automatic processing.
In recent years, in the development of high-tech products and the introduction of foreign advanced technology, we have cooperated with foreign manufacturers such as Italy and Germany to produce various products with advanced level in the 1990s, such as universal lifting table milling machine, CNC milling machine and straight sealing machine, etc. At the same time, relying on the more than 50 years of experience in designing and producing precision machine tools, the factory has developed 3 series of machine tools with rotary diameters ranging from 200 to 360mm, by adopting the advanced CAD means. There are 3 series and 16 varieties of rotary diameters ranging from 200~360mm. The structure types include short-bed, long-bed and slant-bed ordinary, precision and high-precision CNC lathes. At present, the factory is further planning to develop turning machining centers and small machining centers to meet the market demand.
