The practical skills examination adopts a multi-station test method. The examination area is equipped with a practical skills examination base, and several examination stations are set up according to the examination content. Candidates pass the examination stations in order to accept the test of practical skills. Each candidate must take the test at the same test station at the same test base.
The Comprehensive Medical Written Examination for Physician Qualification Examination will be held in mid-September. The specific time shall be subject to the time announced by the Physician Qualification Examination Committee of the Ministry of Health. The examination time for practicing physicians is 2 days, divided into 4 units; the examination time for practicing assistant physicians is 1 day, divided into 2 units, each unit is two and a half hours long.
All comprehensive medical written examinations are in the form of multiple-choice questions. Type A and Type B questions are used, and there are five question types: A1, A2, A3, A4, and B1. Assistant physicians should appropriately reduce or not use A3 type questions. The total number of questions in the Physician Qualification Examination is approximately 600, and the total number of questions in the Assistant Physician Qualification Examination is 300. The comprehensive medical written examination of the Western Medicine Physician Qualification Examination is divided into three parts: basic medical comprehensive, professional comprehensive and public subjects. Examination Agency or Organization
(1) Basic Requirements of Examination Agency or Organization In addition to complying with the provisions of Article 18 of Chapter 4 of No. 4 of the "Order of the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China", the institution or organization that undertakes the practical skills examination for physician qualifications shall also comply with:
1 .Practical skills examination institutions or organizations should set up a number of examination stations according to the examination content, with practical skills examination conditions and easy management;
2. Examination institutions or organizations should set up waiting rooms and must clearly indicate the instructions for candidates , examination flow chart and examination station distribution map, etc.;
3. Examination institutions or organizations must set up examination guides to guide candidates into each examination station and deliver candidates' score books to ensure examination order and discipline.
(2) Equipment configuration of examination institutions or organizations
1. Clinical category:
(1) General instruments: stethoscope, sphygmomanometer, gloves, percussion hammer , flashlight, tongue depressor, ophthalmoscope, tape measure, cotton swab, surgical gown, isolation gown, sterilization equipment, dressing change kit, wound expansion kit, cotton pad, bandage, splint, suture pillow, triangle towel, oxygen equipment, guide Urinary catheter, gastric tube, stretcher, hard board, puncture bag, sputum suction device, intracardiac syringe and needle, etc.;

2. 2. Examination Implementation
(1) Basic Requirements for Examination Implementation
1. The practical skills examination adopts a multi-station test method, and candidates pass the examination stations in sequence Get tested on your practical skills. The test center will reasonably arrange the test time for candidates based on the scale of the test institution or organization;
2. The test center will indicate on the admission ticket the items that candidates should bring (such as identification (military certificate, passport), work clothes , masks, hats and isolated teeth required for oral care, etc.), and notify candidates 10 days in advance;
3. Candidates take the exam with their "admittance ticket", and the exam institution or organization must strictly control the test before the exam. Carefully check the candidate's admission ticket and identity certificate, and review the one-year probationary practical materials submitted by the candidate;
4. Each candidate must be tested at the same examination agency or organization;

5. The total score of the Physician Qualification Practical Skills Examination is 100 points, and the passing score is 60 points;
6. During the Physician Qualification Practical Skills Examination, no traumatic operations are allowed on the human body;
7. When the physical examination and basic operations are performed by two candidates, the male and female candidates should be separated, and at least one female examiner should be arranged for the female candidates.
(2) The examiner who serves as the examiner for the Physician Qualification Practical Skills Examination shall comply with Articles 19 and 20 of Chapter 4 of the Order of the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China. Article 21. In principle, examiners at each examination station of the same examination institution or organization cannot be from the same unit (hospital).
(3) Implementation of clinical examinations
1. Exam content and methods: Each candidate must pass the tests at the following three examination stations according to the requirements of the "Exam Syllabus", and the test time ***60 minutes, 2-3 examiners at each station.
(1) The first examination station: medical history collection and case analysis. The examination method mainly adopts computer display of test questions and oral responses.

The examiner will ask relevant questions when the candidate is performing the operation or after the operation.
