Flushing solution or in the infusion bottle, and hanging in the bedside infusion frame, bottle height from the patient's pelvis about 1 meter, through the infusion tube connected to the tee, and then respectively with the ureter and drainage tube connected to the tee height is slightly lower than the pubic symphysis plane, in order to facilitate the emptying of the bladder fluid.
1. Insert the catheter according to the catheterization technique and fix the catheter according to the indwelling catheter method. 2. Pour the solution into the flushing bottle and hang it on the infusion frame (the bottom of the bottle is 60cm away from the edge of the bed). Connect the flushing device departments (two sub-tubes of the yatty tube, one connected to the drainage tube, the other connected to the catheter, the main tube connected to the flushing tube), the rubber tube with a pin fixed on the bed sheet. 3. Before flushing, make the bladder empty, and then clamp the drainage tube, open the flushing tube, so that the solution drops into the bladder, drop rate is generally 40-60 drops / min. When the patient has the desire to urinate (or after 200-300ml drops of solution), clamp the douche tube, open the drainage tube, drain out all the douche solution, and then clamp the drainage tube, according to the amount needed, and so on, repeated rinsing. 3. Gas cystitis, rare, often occurs in patients with diabetes. As glucose is invaded by bacteria in the bladder wall, so fermentation leads to a gas-like appearance of the mucosa, and the gas disappears after antibiotic treatment.
4. Gangrenous cystitis, a rare result of bladder injury, is seen in severe infections with abscesses and necrosis of the bladder wall. In some patients, gangrenous changes occur throughout the bladder wall, requiring repair with pubic ramus and antimicrobial agents.
