1. Handle the electrolytic cell:
Specific operation: Gently shake the electrolytic cell several times to make the inner wall of the electrolytic cell completely absorbed by the electrolyte, and then place the electrolytic cell into the fixture , turn on the stirring switch, adjust the stirring speed to form an S-shaped, small vortex on the liquid surface, insert the measuring electrode plug and the electrolytic electrode plug of the automatic trace moisture analyzer into the host, make them in good contact with the corresponding sockets, and turn on the electrolytic switch. Note: In the iodine state, both the green light of the measurement signal indicator light and the electrolysis signal indicator light are off, and only one red light is on, without digital display.
2. Adjust the electrolyte balance:
Specific operation: If the electrolytic cell is still in a deep iodine state, press the start button and inject the hole in the middle of the cock several times below the electrolytic cell liquid level. , observe the color change of the electrolyte at any time until the electrolyte turns yellow, indicates the green light of the measurement signal light and the electrolysis signal light, the counter starts counting, stops counting, stops stirring again, picks up the electrolytic tank and shakes it gently several times to make the inner wall of the bottle The water on it is absorbed again and the end point can be calibrated after an alarm.
3. Calibration of trace moisture analyzer:
Specific operation: After the electrolyte is stable, use a microsampler to extract micro-distilled water, wipe the needle with filter paper, press the start button, and then Note the liquid level, the instrument starts counting, reaches the end point, and displays the water volume. It is calibrated twice in a row. If the calculated value is within the required range, it indicates that the instrument is accurate. Note: When calibrating with distilled water (100), the allowable error is within (10).
