Abstract The article examines the development model of the cold chain under the trend of new retailing; it builds up a focus on prenatal management and develops distribution and processing technology with food safety and food nutrition, and discusses the key business elements such as providing an integrated solution as well as adopting efficient asset-light operation technology. The development model of cold chain enterprises is discussed.

Processing Since the release of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan for the Development of Cold Chain Logistics of Agricultural Products" by the State, China's cold chain logistics of agricultural products has begun to enter into the stage of rapid development. However, there are still problems such as low automation level, high logistics cost, low circulation rate of cold chain, and not yet formed a perfect cold chain logistics system, which leads to a big gap between the level of cold chain logistics and the upgrading of residents' consumption, the development of modern agriculture and the expansion of the demand for agricultural products' export; at the same time, with the increasing importance of people's attention to food safety, there is an ever-increasing demand for high-quality and low-temperature food, as well as a growing demand for Internet. Meanwhile, as people pay more attention to food safety, the demand for high-quality low-temperature food is increasing. Meanwhile, the rapid development of the Internet has led to the explosive growth of e-commerce, and the online shopping platform has opened up the channel between the sellers and the consumers, so that the cold-chain logistics chain has been lengthened, and the market demand for the cold chain has increased rapidly. Obviously, it is the right time to develop cold chain logistics, and choosing the right development model as the operation strategy of cold transportation enterprises has become a crucial factor for the success or failure of cold chain enterprises.

I. Focus on customer needs and provide integrated solutions

New cold chain enterprises often take scale in order to build barriers to entry when the profitability model is unclear, but are unable to improve the utilization rate of resources through short-term business growth, which results in a long payback cycle, and may even affect strategic judgment for this reason. Therefore, the development of cold chain enterprises requires appropriate development models and management models.1. Achieving Development Goals in Two StagesCompared with traditional cold chain transportation enterprises, the new cold chain enterprises will pay more attention to the cooperation with the farmers in the object area, not only to satisfy the customers' . transportation needs. New cold chain enterprises will provide integrated solutions from farmers to consumers. The integration of "production", marketing and distribution will introduce products with good quality and good price from the source, control the quality of products in the whole chain, and improve the adhesion with the farmers and consumers in the production area. From alliance with material production area to customized will farming, from quality distribution to establishment of whole chain business partnership, etc., the new cold chain enterprise will locate the development goal through strategic cooperation of production area as well as partnership of online and offline platforms, and implement it in phases in order to reach the strategic goal.2. Integration of warehouse network and store network, and construction of a partner-type cold chain platformThe warehouse and store networks of the new cold chain enterprise are integrated, and the establishment of the warehouse network firstly distinguishes the origin warehouse and the store network functionally, and the partner-type cold chain platform is integrated. The first thing to do is to differentiate between the origin warehouse and sales warehouse in terms of function. With the rapid development of biotechnology, food chemistry and other related disciplines, the development of agricultural products processing technology is becoming more and more rapid, and high-tech processing technologies such as microwave technology, aseptic storage and packaging technology, instant high-temperature sterilization technology, vacuum freeze-drying technology and so on have been widely used in the production and circulation of agricultural products. Relying on the development of new sterilization technology, product circulation for low-temperature sterilization and preservation of the degree of dependence on packaging technology will also be reduced, the circulation will be less difficult. From the perspective of technology development trend, in fruit and vegetable processing, in order to ensure the nutrition, freshness and deliciousness of fruits and vegetables, in addition to the traditional quick-frozen, dehydrated, canned products, cutting products have been widely used [2]; agricultural products processing began to energy saving, environmental protection, high efficiency. In the frontiers of deep processing of agricultural products, is developing to the molecular level, through the use of raw materials functional components, molecular level extraction, the development of some of the health food that meets the nutritional requirements of the human body, to improve the deep processing of agricultural products technology, to achieve the comprehensive utilization of resources. In addition, with the continuous application of high and new technology, processing equipment is becoming more and more high-tech, such as aseptic packaging equipment, multi-functional beverage canning equipment, quick-freezing equipment, membrane separation equipment and so on. Of course, there is still a certain gap between China's agricultural products processing technology and that of developed countries, which also happens to be an opportunity for the development of new cold chain enterprises.4. Focus on pre-production management and build a leading cold chain enterprise based on domestic food safety Food safety has become the primary concern of food consumption, and focusing on pre-production management will become a breakthrough direction for the development of cold chain in the future. Vegetables supplied to Hong Kong, for example, Shenzhen Inspection and Quarantine Bureau data show that in 2016, the Shenzhen region shipped 51,000 batches of vegetables supplied to Hong Kong throughout the year, **** 475,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 10%. The key points are: establishing production partnerships with front-end breeding farmers, building an omni-channel sales network based on distribution and processing technologies, and aligning with specialty stores, community stores, and online platforms to build a new green and healthy cold chain ecosystem.

Therefore, choosing the right business model, improving the quality of cold chain distribution, implementing perfect cold chain distribution technology, and making cold chain distribution simpler and more affordable may be a correct and effective development model; undoubtedly, this paper provides a practical reference direction for the development strategy, operation strategy, and effective operation and healthy development of cold chain enterprises.
