Scoring standards
I. Basic elements of the score
(a) Graduates of the individual elements
1, the highest educational level:
Doctoral 30 points
Master's 24 points
Bachelor's degree 20 points
Specialist 5 points
Second level (26%-50% of the overall rankings) 6 points
Third level (51%-75% of the overall rankings) 4 points
Fourth level (76%-100% of the overall rankings) 2 points
4, foreign language proficiency:
Through the CET-6 level, the sixth level scores of 425 points (including 425 points). 425 points (including 425 points) or professional English 8 points
Through CET-4, level 4 scores of 425 points (including 425 points) or professional English 4 7 points
Foreign language, art or sports professional foreign language course passes 7 points
5, computer proficiency:
Graduated graduate students 7 points
Science classes Advanced level of computer or majors exempted from this requirement 7 points
Intermediate level of computer for liberal arts majors 7 points
Intermediate level of computer for science majors 6 points
Elementary level of computer for liberal arts majors 6 points
Passing the relevant courses for arts and physical education majors 6 points
6, awards and recognitions:
1) "Three Good Students", "Outstanding Students", "Outstanding Student Leaders", "Outstanding Graduates":

First prize (first place, gold medal) 10 points
Second prize (second place, silver medal) 9 points
Third prize (third place, bronze) 8 points
The above national competition local competitions (including local competition) certificate of awards: National College Student Electronic Design Competition, National College Student Mathematical Modeling Competition, National College Student English Competition, National College Student "Challenge Cup" race.
First prize (first place, gold medal) 5 points
Second prize (second place, silver medal) 4 points
Third prize (third place, bronze medal) 3 points
(Note: 1, the above awards are limited to the above rewards and recognition in the college during the highest degree of education; 2, awards of the same kind of the highest score; 3, (1) category awards and (2) category awards can be accumulated) awards and (2) category awards can be cumulative, but the maximum points will not exceed 15 points.)
(2) Unit Element Score
The employer has a good reputation in recruiting and hiring college graduates 5 points
Two, Orientation Element Score
(1) Specialty Orientation
Any specialty that meets the shortage of economic and social development of the city (see Appendix III) 3 points
(2) Regional Orientation
Registered addresses of Chongming County, Nanhui District, Jinshan District and Fengxian District of the city employers 2 points
Registered address is located outside the outer ring line of employers not in the above areas 1 point
Three, additional elements of the score
(a) have or have applied for a patent for invention
1, with a patent certificate:
With a patent certificate for invention 5 points
Own a utility model patent certificate 3 points
Own a design patent certificate 3 points
2, has applied for a patent certificate: apply for a patent certificate for invention 1 points
(2) Self-employment
1, graduates to start a business:
graduates act as the legal person of the enterprise 5 points
graduates act as shareholders and directors of the enterprise 2 points
2. Graduates applying for the Science and Technology Venture Fund:
The graduates entering the Science and Technology Venture Incubation Base as a leader 5 points
The graduates applying for the Venture Fund together with their *** group members 2 points
(C) Others
The graduates being recruited by the city's governmental and political organs at all levels and by the central government in Shanghai as civil servants 0-20 points
The graduates being hired as civil servants by primary and secondary schools in the remote suburbs of the city 0～20 points for those who are employed as teachers in primary and secondary schools in remote areas of the city
0～20 points for those who are employed as medical personnel in medical institutions in remote areas of the city
0～20 points for those who are employed by the city to undertake the major projects of science and education for the development of the city
(Note: The specific lists of the above institutions shall be determined by the relevant competent authorities)
Graduates who have returned to Shanghai from the Western Program of the city They will be scored according to the policy of entering Shanghai in the year of their graduation and will be given additional 5 points on top of that
Fourth, Standard Score
The standard score is the basic qualification score for non-Shanghai-born sources entering Shanghai for employment and applying for Shanghai household registration. Non-Shanghai graduates with non-Shanghai origin who are employed in Shanghai and whose cumulative scores of various elements are higher than the standard score can apply for Shanghai household registration; those who are lower than the standard score can apply for the Shanghai Residence Permit for the introduction of talents. The standard score is determined by the Office of the Joint Conference on Employment of Graduates of Universities and Colleges of Shanghai in accordance with the requirements of the municipal government to regulate the mechanical growth of the household population.
