Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 This article applies to the installation of centrifugal fans, centrifugal blowers, centrifugal compressors, axial fans, Roots blowers and Yeats blowers.

Article 2 This article is the professional and technical provisions for fan (excluding auxiliary equipment) installation engineering, and the general technical requirements for installation engineering shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the General Provisions in Volume I of this specification.

Article 3 The foundation, inclination and shock-proof device of fan installation shall meet the requirements of relevant design.

Article 4 the fan unpacking inspection shall meet the following requirements:

1. According to the equipment packing list, check the main installation dimensions of impeller, casing and other parts (such as the center distance of anchor holes, the aperture and orientation of import and export flanges, the center distance and center elevation of shafts, etc.). ) comply with the design;

Second, the impeller rotation direction should comply with the provisions of the equipment technical documents;

3. The inlet and outlet shall be tightly covered with cover plates to prevent dust and sundries from entering;

Four, check the rust of the exposed part of the fan, and whether the rotor has obvious deformation or serious corrosion, collision, etc. , if there is such a situation, it should be studied and handled in conjunction with the relevant units.

Article 5 The handling and hoisting of fans shall meet the following requirements:

A, the overall installation of the fan, the rope when handling and hoisting, shall not be tied to the rotor and casing or bearing cover rings;

Second, what happened to the fan assembled on site? You can grow banana cakes, open your eyes and tap the screen. Spying? Street crabs are used for grazing? Brave? Live broadcast? What are you doing? Ω lecture scare?

Third, the rotor and shell of the fan conveying special media are coated with protective layers, which should be strictly protected and not damaged;

Four, the rotor and gear shaft should not be directly placed on the ground to roll or move.

Article 6

Besides being clean and unblocked, the compressed parts of fan lubrication, oil cooling and sealing system should also be tested for strength. If it is not specified in the technical documents of the equipment, the test pressure shall be 1.25 ~ 1.5 times of the highest working pressure during the water pressure test and 1.05 times of the working pressure during the air pressure test. Lubricating and sealing pipes prepared on site shall be derusted and cleaned.

Article 7

The air inlet pipe, exhaust pipe, valve regulating device, gas heating and cooling device, oil system and pipeline of the fan should be independently supported and firmly connected with the foundation or other buildings; When each pipeline is connected to the fan, the flange surface should be centered and flat, and it is not allowed to be pulled hard or hard. The fan housing should not bear the weight of other components to prevent the housing from being deformed. After the pipeline installation, it is necessary to retest whether the misalignment of the unit meets the requirements.

Note: the oil pipeline system of small and medium-sized units (such as Da 350-6 1 unit) does not need independent supports.

Article 8 The installation of observation instruments and meters of the automatic control equipment of the fan shall be carried out according to the provisions of the technical documents of the equipment.

Article 9 When the pipeline connected with the fan needs to be cut or welded, the casing should not be deformed, and it should generally be done after the pipeline is disconnected from the casing.

Article 10 The exposed part of the fan transmission device has a protective cover; When the air inlet or air inlet pipe of the fan is directly connected with the atmosphere, a protective net or other safety facilities should be installed.

Chapter II Centrifugal Fan

Article 1 1 The disassembly, cleaning and assembly of the centrifugal fan shall meet the following requirements:

1. Disassemble the casing and bearing box, and remove the rotor for cleaning, but the fan directly driven by the motor can be cleaned without disassembly;

Second, the bearing cooling water pipeline should be unblocked, and the whole system should be tested. If it is not specified in the technical documents of the equipment, the test pressure should generally not be less than 4kg/cm2.

Three, cleaning and checking the adjusting mechanism, its rotation should be flexible.

Article 12 The installation of the integral unit shall be directly placed on the foundation and leveled with a pair of inclined pads.

Article 13 The cutting surface on the base of the field assembly unit shall be properly protected from rust or operation. When the base is placed on the foundation, it should be leveled with paired inclined pads.

Article 14

The bearing seat and the base should be closely connected, the longitudinal unevenness should not exceed 0.2/ 1000, and the horizontal unevenness at the bottom should not exceed 0.3/ 1000, and the horizontal bisector of the bearing seat should be measured with the level.

Article 15

Before grinding and scraping the bearing bush, the rotor axis and the casing axis should be corrected, and at the same time, the gap between the impeller and the air inlet and the gap between the spindle and the shaft hole of the rear side plate of the casing should be adjusted to make it conform to the provisions of the equipment technical documents.

Article 16

When assembling the spindle and bearing bush, the inspection shall be carried out according to the provisions of the equipment technical documents. An interference of 0.03 ~ 0.04 mm should be maintained between the bearing cover and the bearing bush (measure the outer diameter of the bearing bush and the inner diameter of the bearing seat).

Article 17

When assembling the casing, the position of the casing should be aligned based on the axis of the rotor, and the axial and radial gaps between the impeller air inlet and the casing air inlet should be within the range specified in the technical documents of the equipment. At the same time, check whether the anchor bolts are fastened. If the clearance value is not specified in the equipment technical documents, the general axial clearance should be1100 of the impeller outer diameter, and the radial clearance should be evenly distributed, and its value should be1.5/1000 ~ 3/1000 of the impeller outer diameter (whichever is smaller). When adjusting, reduce the clearance value as much as possible to improve the efficiency of the fan.

Article 18: When the centrifugal fan is in alignment, the misalignment between the fan shaft and the motor shaft: the radial positioning displacement shall not exceed 0.05 mm, and the inclination shall not exceed 0.2/ 1000.

Article 19 For the fan equipped with rolling bearings, the bearing holes on the two bearing brackets are not aligned, so it can rotate flexibly after the rotor is installed.

Chapter III Axial Fan

Article 20 The disassembly, cleaning and assembly of axial flow fan shall meet the following requirements in addition to Article 1 1 of this article:

First, check whether the blade root is damaged and whether the fastening nut is loose;

Second, the vertical unit should clean the gearbox, gear set or worm wheel.

Article 2 1 The installation of integral units shall be directly placed on the foundation and leveled with paired inclined pads.

Article 22 Units assembled on site shall meet the following requirements:

First, the horizontal split unit should remove the upper part of the main ram and the rotor, assemble the lower part of the main ram, bearing seat and base on the basis, and level it with a pair of inclined pads;

Second, the vertical indexing unit should put the air inlet chamber on the foundation, level it with paired inclined pads, and then install the bearing seat, which should be in uniform contact with the bottom plane, and the incoherence of the two bearing holes to the male shaft should not exceed 0.05mm;; After grinding and scraping the bearing bush, put the spindle flat on the bearing bush, fix it on the spindle head with a scriber, measure the misalignment between the spindle and the inlet chamber based on the sealing ring of the inlet chamber, and the value shall not exceed 2 mm, and then install the impeller, casing, stator and diffuser in turn;

3. The levelness of the vertical unit shall not exceed 0.2/ 1000, and the misalignment and radial displacement between the transmission shaft and the motor shaft shall not exceed 0.2/1000 when measured on the hub with a level;

4. The fan shaft and motor shaft of horizontal and vertical split units are misaligned, the radial displacement should not exceed 0.05 mm, and the inclined step should exceed 0.2/1000; The longitudinal unevenness of the unit shall not exceed 0.2/ 1000, and the lateral unevenness shall not exceed 0.3/ 1000 (the axial-flow induced draft fan for power station shall be specified in the equipment technical documents), and it shall be measured on the horizontal split plane of the main shaft and the bearing seat with a level.

Article 23

During blade calibration, the angle of each blade shall be calibrated according to the technical documents of the equipment, and the nuts for fixing the blades shall be locked. If it is necessary to remove the blade from the hub, it must be fixed according to the typed prefix to prevent the rotor balance from being disturbed. If the blade is damaged and needs to be replaced, the nut must be locked after the blade is replaced and meet the requirements specified in the technical documents of the equipment.

Article 24 the spindle and bearing after assembly, should according to the provisions of the equipment technical documents for inspection.

Article 25

The gap between the impeller and the main air duct (or casing) should be evenly distributed and conform to the provisions of the equipment technical documents. If there is no regulation, the difference between the corresponding radius gaps on both sides can be implemented according to the regulations in Table V-2. 1.

Table V-2. 1 shows the difference between the corresponding radial clearances on both sides of the impeller and the main air duct.

Article 26

The connection between the upper part of the main air duct or the connection flange between the air inlet chamber and the casing and stator, and the connection flange between the front and rear air ducts and the diffuser should be aligned and leveled, and the connection should be tight. The front and rear bellows and diffuser should be firmly connected with the foundation, and their weight should not be added to the main air duct (or air inlet chamber) to prevent the body from being deformed.

Chapter IV Roots and Ye's Blowers

Article 27 roots blower and Ye's blower cleaning, disassembly and assembly shall meet the following requirements:

First, clean the gearbox and its gears;

Second, check the inside of the rotor and casing;

Third, clean the lubrication system to make it smooth and clean.

Article 28 The gaps between rotors (including forward and backward directions), between rotors and casings, and between rotors and wallboard shall comply with the provisions of equipment technical documents.

Article 29 The fans shall be leveled with paired inclined pads, and the longitudinal unevenness of the shaft shall not exceed 0.2/ 1000.

Chapter V Centrifugal Blowers and Compressors

Article 30 the centrifugal blower and compressor cleaning, disassembly and assembly shall meet the following requirements:

A, all parts and ancillary equipment are clean, and the rust grease on the joint surface is removed, which should be protected by a lubricating layer (except for special requirements);

Second, the vertical split of the casing is not suitable for disassembly and cleaning (the machine with barrel structure is implemented according to the technical documents of the equipment), and the diffuser, reflux device and bearing box can be cleaned without disassembly;

Third, the oil pump, filter, oil cooler and safety valve in the lubrication system and sealing system should be disassembled and cleaned, and there is no need to conduct a separate barometric test outside the oil cooler;

Four, the gas regulating device and gas cooling system should be disassembled for cleaning, and the pressure treatment point can generally be tested; If there are special requirements, the leak test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the equipment technical documents.

Article 3 1 Centrifugal blowers and compressors shall meet the following requirements when seeking harmony:

A, straight line online group leveling and, longitudinal measurement on the shaft with a level, not levelness should not exceed 0.03/1000; Measure horizontally on the split surface of the casing with a spirit level, and the unevenness shall not exceed 0.11000;

2. When the unit with speed increaser finds peace, measure it longitudinally on the journal with a level, and the unevenness should not exceed 0.02/1000; Measure horizontally on the horizontal bisector of the lower casing with a spirit level (see Figure V-2. 1), and the unevenness shall not exceed 0.11000; The alignment of the whole unit is generally based on the speed increaser.

Article 32 the pedestal or the whole machine installation shall meet the following requirements:

A, according to the size of the unit, choose a pair of inclined shim. For the unit with the rotating speed exceeding 3000 rpm, the contact area between each shim, shim and foundation and base should not be less than 70% of the joint surface, and the local clearance should not be greater than 0.05mm;;

Second, each group of pads should be put away in groups and marked to prevent confusion;

Three, if the base is composed of several pieces, should be in accordance with the provisions of the equipment technical documents to check whether the position of the chassis, bearing seat and other anchor bolts are consistent;

Four, the base guide key (horizontal Ping Jian or vertical Ping Jian) and the gap between the body should be uniform, and in accordance with the provisions of the equipment technical documents. If not specified, the interference of assembled keyway should be 0.01~ 0.02 mm; The clearance between the two sides of the subordinate part C 1+C2 in the corresponding slidable keyway should be 0.04 ~ 0.08 mm, the top clearance C should be 0.5 ~ 1.0 mm, and the countersunk head screw should be lower than Jian A.

0.3 ~ 0.5mm (see Figure V-2.2).

Article 33 When the bearing seat and the lower casing are installed on the base, they shall meet the following requirements:

1. For units with bearing seat and lower casing as a whole, the lower half of the machine body should be installed on the base, and the bearing hole should be used as the benchmark for leveling (units with speed increasers generally use the speed increasers as the benchmark for the above work);

Second, the bearing seat and the lower casing are not a whole. The bearing seat should be installed on the base first, leveled with the bearing hole as the benchmark, and the misalignment between the lower casing and the spindle axis should be corrected (for units with speed increasers, the above work is generally based on the speed increasers);

3. The anchor claw on the bearing seat and the guide key or the connecting bolt between the lower casing and the base should be fixed correctly. The clearance between bolt and screw hole and the clearance between nut and base shall comply with the provisions of equipment technical documents. If not specified, the clearance c between the nut and the base can generally be 0.03 ~ 0.06 mm (see Figure V-2.3).

Four, between the bearing seat and the base, or between the anchor claws of the lower casing, between the bearing seat and the base, should be closely attached. Check the local clearance with a feeler gauge before tightening the bolts. Units with a speed not higher than 3000 rpm should not be greater than 0.05 mm, and units with a speed higher than 3000 rpm should not be greater than 0.04 mm.

Note: The frame refers to the bearing or fluke of the lower shell.

Article 34. The bottom surface of the speed increaser shall be closely attached to the base, and the local clearance shall not be greater than 0.04 mm before the bolts are tightened.

Article 35

The contact cambered surface, top clearance and side clearance between bearing bush and journal shall comply with the provisions of equipment technical documents. If an index does not meet the requirements, scraping is allowed. However, when repairing and scraping the bearing bush, attention should be paid to correcting the misalignment between the rotor and the casing sealing device, so that the clearance between the rotor and the sealing device conforms to the provisions of the technical documents of the equipment (the tilting tile shaft should conform to the provisions of the technical documents of the equipment).

Article 36 the rotor parts (spindle, impeller, balance plate, thrust plate and coupling, etc. ) axial and radial runout should not exceed the provisions of the equipment technical documents.

Article 37. The joint surface of the upper and lower shells should be tight. Before the bolts are tightened, the allowable value of local clearance shall conform to the provisions of the technical documents of the equipment. When there is no regulation, the following requirements shall be met:

A, when the working pressure is lower than or equal to 65438 00 kgf/cm2, the clearance shall not be greater than 0.65438 02 mm (except sintering blower); If the working pressure is higher than 10 kgf/cm2, the gap should not be greater than 0.08mm;;

Second, the connecting bolts should not be bruised. If there is sealing filler or coating between the joint surfaces, it should be evenly filled or coated according to the technical documents of the equipment.

Article 38 When assembling the speed increaser, the following requirements shall be met (the planetary gear speed increaser shall be implemented according to the technical documents of the equipment):

I. Clearance (top clearance, side clearance, etc.). ), the contact times per unit area of the contact cambered surface and the bearing bush shall comply with the provisions of the technical documents of the equipment, and scraping shall be carried out when necessary;

Second, the center distance, non-parallelism, backlash and contact shift point between gears shall comply with the provisions of equipment technical documents;

3. The joint surfaces of the upper and lower housings of the gear box shall be tight, and the local clearance before tightening the bolts shall not be greater than 0.06 mm, and the connecting bolts shall not be bruised.

Article 39

All interference values of the contact surfaces between the upper tile back and the bearing cover (or gland) and between the lower tile back and the bearing hole shall comply with the provisions of the technical documents of the equipment. Unless otherwise specified, the interference value is generally 0.03 ~ 0.07mm, and the contact surface should not be less than 75%.

Article 40. When motors, steam turbines and gas turbines are connected with speed increasers, blowers and compressors, their * * * deviations shall comply with the provisions of equipment technical documents.

Chapter VI Trial Operation

Article 4 1

The trial operation of the fan should be carried out in two steps. The first step is the mechanical performance trial operation; The second step is to design a load test run. Generally, air should be used as the compression medium. When the specific gravity of the designed working medium of the fan is less than that of air, it should be calculated whether the power required for trial operation with air and the temperature rise after compression will affect the normal operation. If so, the design load test run must be carried out with the specified medium.

Article 42 the fan before commissioning, shall meet the following requirements:

First, the name, model, main performance and quantity of lubricating oil should comply with the provisions of equipment technical documents;

2. Thoroughly flush the lubrication system and the dense loading system according to the equipment technical documents;

Three, blower and compressor circulating oil supply system interlocking device, anti-flying device, shaft displacement alarm device, sealing system interlocking device, anti-flying device, shaft displacement alarm device, sealing system interlocking device, waterway system regulating device, valve parts and instruments should be sensitive and reliable, and comply with the provisions of the equipment technical documents;

Four, motor or steam turbine, gas turbine steering should be consistent with the fan steering;

Five, when moving the fan rotor, there should be no jamming and friction;

Six, when the fan is running, the valves and accessories should be in the position of minimum load;

Seven, each unit of the unit equipment should be in accordance with the provisions of the equipment technical documents for single machine commissioning;

Eight, check the safety measures.

Article 43

When the fan is put into trial operation at rated speed, the required time should be determined according to the characteristics of the fan in use, the altitude of the place of use and the technical documents of the equipment. When there are no provisions, in general, the following provisions shall apply;

A, centrifugal, axial fan, should not be less than 2 hours;

Second, Roots and Yip's blowers should not be less than 4 hours under the actual working pressure;

Three, centrifugal blower, compressor minimum load (i.e., mechanical operation) should not be less than 8 hours, continuous operation under the design load should not be less than 24 hours;

Four, the fan shall not run in the surge area (surge flow range equipment technical documents indicate).

Article 44 when the fan is running, it shall meet the following requirements:

First, when the fan is running, the motor-driven fan should be stopped immediately after the first start, and it can continue to run after checking that there is no friction and abnormal sound between the rotor and the casing (the start of the fan driven by steam turbine and gas turbine should be carried out according to the provisions of the equipment technical documents);

Second, after the fan is started, it is not allowed to stay near the critical speed (the critical speed is designed);

Three, when the fan starts, the lubricating oil temperature should generally not be lower than 25℃, and the bearing oil inlet temperature should generally not be higher than 40℃ during operation;

4. Before starting the fan, check whether the circulating oil supply is normal. After the fan stops running, stop the oil pump when the bearing temperature drops below 45℃.

Five, there is a starting oil pump unit, should start the starting oil pump before the fan starts, stop the starting oil pump after the main oil pump oil supply is normal; Start the starting oil pump before the fan stops running. After the fan stops running, stop starting the oil pump after the bearing oil return temperature drops to 45℃.

Six, after the fan operation reaches the rated speed, the fan should be adjusted to the minimum load (except Roots and Yip's blowers) for mechanical operation to the specified time, and then gradually adjusted to the design load to check whether the prime Mover exceeds the rated load. If there is no abnormality, continue to run to the specified time;

Seven, the installation height of high fuel tank, bearing split plane as the datum, which shall not be less than 5 meters upward;

Eight, the cooling water pressure in the fan lubricating oil cooling system must be lower than the oil pressure;

Nine, when the fan is running, the oil pressure at the entrance of bearing lubricating oil should comply with the provisions of equipment technical documents. If not specified, the general oil inlet pressure should be 0.8 ~ 1.5 kgf/cm2. When the oil pressure of high-speed light-load bearing is lower than 0.7 kgf/cm2, an alarm should be given, and when it is lower than 0.5 kgf/cm2, the vehicle should be stopped. When the oil pressure drops to the upper limit of the above value, immediately start the start-up oil pump or the standby oil pump, and at the same time find out the cause of insufficient oil pressure and try to eliminate it;

Ten, the radial amplitude of the bearing in the wind driven rotor should comply with the provisions of the equipment technical documents, and if there is no provision, it should comply with the provisions of tables V-2.2 and V-2.3;

Eleven, when the fan is running, the bearing temperature should comply with the equipment technical documents.

Thirteen, after the fan test run, the relevant equipment should be adjusted to ready to start.
