I. Simple and simple local startup of inverter

II. Upload and Download

How to upload a motor that has been set up to CDP? Good motor needs to be uploaded to CDP-312 operation panel:

1. Activate communication of optional devices

Confirm that 98.02 COMM.MODULE LINK is set to FIELDBUS

98.07 COMM PROFILE is set to ABB DRIVES

2. Press LOC/REM to switch to L local control state. REM to switch to L local control state;

3. Press FUNC to enter function mode;

4. Press the single and double arrow keys to enter UPLOAD function Press ENTER to execute upload, and automatically switch to the current signal display mode when finished;

5. If you want to remove the control panel from a drive unit, make sure that the control panel is in the Remote control mode (can be changed by pressing LOC/REM)

How to download data from the control panel to the transmission unit:

1. Connect the control panel with data to be uploaded to the transmission unit;

2. Confirm that the control panel is in the local control mode (can be changed by pressing LOC/REM);

3. Press FUNC to enter the function mode;

4. Press FUNC to enter the function mode;

5. FUNC to enter function mode;

4. Enter DOWNLOAD download function and press ENTER to execute download.

Three, PLC and inverter PROFIBUS-DP communication

In order to realize the communication between inverter and PLC, first make sure that the communication template has been installed, and then install the DP network cable.

V. PROFIBUS-DP Field Controller (PLC) Settings

1. Install the ABB inverter GSD file ABB_0812.GSD;
