For the equipment used in the production workshop, such as chairs on the workbench, surface treatment measures should be taken to effectively change the surface impedance of various materials so that they will not generate static electricity or accumulate static charge when rubbing. So today, I will briefly introduce the anti-static seat. It basically consists of three parts: anti-static chair surface, anti-static chair support part and anti-static chair caster foot cup. Its main principle is to "connect" the human body with the earth through anti-static chairs and anti-static shoes, so as to achieve the purpose of electrostatic discharge.
The chair surface of the antistatic chair is made by sewing or integral molding. Anti-static PVC or PU leather can be used, and polypropylene (pp) material can also be used for injection molding. Other metal fittings of the chair body have been specially treated to achieve anti-static effect. The chair wheel is provided with a conductive wheel, which forms a unified static discharge body with the chair surface and the chair body, effectively reducing the harm caused by static electricity.
Suggestions on selecting antistatic seats;
1. If you choose to lengthen the pneumatic lifting rod to increase the height of the chair surface, you can add a pedal ring to increase the comfort.
2. Select anti-static wheel for easy movement; Choose anti-static foot cup (also called suction cup) for easy fixation.
3.PP injection chair and PU foam chair have higher purification level.
4.PU/PVC leather chair is more comfortable.
