Article 1 This system is formulated to strengthen the storage management of implantable devices in the warehouse and reduce the storage cost of implantable devices.
Article 2 This system is applicable to the storage and custody of implantable devices in hospital warehouses.
Article 3 The Material Procurement Section is the centralized management department for the storage management of implantable devices. In terms of material storage, other departments are responsible for assisting the Material Procurement Section.
Article 4 The storage and custody of implantable devices shall, in principle, be based on the attributes, characteristics and uses of implantable devices, and the division of labor shall be considered according to the conditions of the warehouses, so as to make rational and effective use of the warehouse area.
Article 5. Create patterns, signs and material cards and put them in a conspicuous position. The material card contains the material name, number, specification, model, origin or manufacturer, validity period, reserve quota and other related information.
Article 6 The keeper shall determine the storage mode and location of the managed implantable devices according to the principle of facilitating the operation in advance.
Article 7 Implantable devices shall be put on shelves for storage. Bookshelves are numbered according to the classification number. The principle of material stacking is as follows.
1. Based on the principle of "safety, reliability, convenient operation and good ventilation", reasonably arrange the stacking position, and define the ground distance, wall distance, stacking distance and top distance.
2. The varieties, specifications and models of implantable devices should be stacked in different categories according to the warehouse conditions (if possible, they should be stacked 50-50), so as to have a look at the quantity, which is convenient for operation and inventory, with obvious item numbers and clear ranks. Civilized and tidy.
Article 8 The storage of implantable devices shall take into account factors such as light protection, heat resistance and moisture resistance, and shall be properly stored. Fireworks are strictly prohibited in the warehouse, and regular safety inspections are conducted.
Article 9. Make regular inventory, and make daily inventory report and monthly inventory report according to the specified time.
Article 10: The warehouse keeper shall sort out the delivery, warehousing, storage, inspection and accounting statement entry of implantable devices in the warehouse, register and calculate them in time according to the warehousing certificate every day, and reconcile with the accounting department after the monthly closing and firm offer are completed.
Article 1 1 The warehouse keeper shall make a strict and careful inventory of the stored implantable devices, and each warehouse shall be subject to spot checks by the unit supervisor and financial auditors at any time.
Article 12 Inventory of implantable devices must be physically counted once a month, and the inventory inventory form must be filled in.
