The new China International Exhibition Center is located in Beijing Shunyi District, Tianzhu Airport City on the banks of the Wenyu River, with a unique geographical location. It is 1.5 kilometers to the east of the Capital International Airport, close to the Tianzhu Industrial Development Zone and the green ecological corridor of the Wenyu River, and is planned to be located in the public business park of "Airport City".

The master plan of the new China International Exhibition Center project is divided into three phases of construction. The first and second phases will cover 200 hectares of land with a total construction area of about 660,000 square meters; the third phase will cover 70 hectares of land with a total construction area of about 870,000 square meters. After the completion of the entire exhibition hall, the available indoor exhibition area is 200,000 square meters.
