Chapter IX Legal Liability

Article 63 violation of the provisions of these Regulations, laws and administrative regulations have been punished in accordance with its provisions.
Chapter X Supplementary Provisions
Article 64 These Regulations shall come into force on May 1, 2018.The Regulations on Surveying and Mapping of Jiangsu Province adopted by the Standing Committee of the Tenth People's Congress of Jiangsu Province at its seventeenth meeting held on July 29, 2005, shall be repealed at the same time.
