Directory of medical waste disposal equipment enterprises

Medical waste is the first hazardous waste in the national hazardous waste list and must be strictly controlled in accordance with the Regulations on the Management of Medical Waste.

Strictly speaking, infusion bags and tubes (needles need to be removed) that are not contaminated by patients' blood and body fluids are not medical wastes, but domestic wastes. Can be recycled. However, once it is contaminated or mixed with pollutants recognized by the disease, or the needle is not taken out, it is classified as medical waste. Medical waste cannot be recycled, even those recyclable infusion tubes, infusion bags and so on. Because many potions are poisonous, they can't be made into things that can directly contact the human body and food. I have forgotten what they can do. Anyway, it can't be toys, quilts, disposable tableware or water cups.

Medical wastes exposed in the news are generally contaminated by patients' body fluids and blood or infusion tubes and bags mixed with needles.

The biggest incentive for this black industrial chain is naturally interest. These infusion bags and tubes are superior plastic materials, and they are much cheaper than regular plastic materials. Moreover, after the secondary processing into plastic particles, it is not obvious that it is from medical waste, even if the manufacturer knows it, it is tacit.

However, in addition to the incentive of interests, it is also inseparable from the current situation of medical waste in China.

Present situation of domestic medical waste industry

At present, the general medical waste disposal mode in China still follows the centralized disposal mode introduced in 2003. At present, the strength of medical waste disposal mainly depends on the centralized medical waste disposal center built around 2005. Most of these centralized medical waste disposal centers are located in relatively developed central cities, which have played an irreplaceable role in the past ten years from 2005 to now.

However, with the continuous development of China's medical and health undertakings, China has become the world's largest infusion country, and the amount of medical waste generated by hospitals is increasing rapidly every year. According to the statistics of Prospective Industry Research Institute, in 20 16 years, the annual weight of medical waste in China will reach 1967400 tons.

On the contrary, in the Annual Report on Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste in Large and Medium-sized Cities published by the Ministry of Environmental Protection on February 6, 20 17, the number of centralized medical waste disposal centers in China in 20 16 was 322. The medical waste disposal capacity of 322 medical waste disposal centers is 830,000 tons, accounting for only 42% of the total output. The ratio of 20 14 and 20 15 is 38% and 4 1% respectively. At present, China's medical waste treatment capacity is seriously insufficient.

On the one hand, the existing disposal force can't handle it completely, on the other hand, it must be handled according to law, plus considerable economic benefits. In the long run, driven by interests, a black industrial chain of medical waste will be derived.

How to change this situation? The traditional idea is to continue to build and expand centralized processing centers. However, it is normal for a medical waste disposal project to take three to five years, and the funds involved are often over 100 million. The investment is large, the income time is long, and generally there is little capital coming in. The construction of medical waste center is also facing another biggest risk. After all, it is burning garbage.
