2. Select the digital camera's photo mode as Auto or Smart Brake. (i.e. Auto or Smart)
3. Format the memory card with the digital camera. (Back up your data in advance)
4. Find a well-lit environment to take pictures to test if it works. (Do not take pictures against the light)
If the above operation still can not be resolved, it is recommended to send the device to Samsung service center for testing.
