Do I need to provide a transportation report for chemical train consignment?

Chemical train consignments need to provide the relevant transportation report, the specific provisions:

Must have obtained the qualification of road transport of dangerous goods transportation unit for consignment;

Must be filled in the consignment note on the name of the dangerous goods, specifications, piece weight, number of pieces, packaging methods, date of shipment, the consignee and consignor of the detailed address and the process of transportation of the precautions;

Dangerous goods of conflicting nature or fire extinguishing methods must be consigned separately;

Dangerous goods with special requirements or certificates of transportation must be accompanied by relevant documents and noted in the Remarks column of the consignment note;

Consignments of new varieties of dangerous goods not included in the List of Dangerous Goods for Automobile Transportation must be submitted to the "Dangerous Goods Identification Form". Where not in accordance with the above provisions for the transportation of dangerous goods consignment, resulting in transportation accidents, the shipper shall bear full responsibility.
