(3) The use of temporary wires is generally prohibited. When it must be used, it should be approved by the relevant departments. Temporary wires shall be installed in accordance with the relevant regulations and shall not be connected randomly, and shall also be removed within a specified period of time.
(4) In thunderstorms, do not approach high-voltage poles, towers, lightning rods within 20 meters around the grounding conductor, so as to avoid electrocution when lightning strikes across the step voltage.
